Spacer, Washer
Attached to muffler covers, etc., it absorbs vibrations at the cover attachment point and blocks heat transmitted from the bolts to the cover. Compared to conventional hook-attached steel plate + filler material types, it has better torque retention and insulation properties.
Muffler joint gasket
It seals the combustion gas that has become extremely hot due to a catalyst, etc. The band attachment part is made of only mesh, which prevents leaks due to deformation of the gasket and torque reduction of the attachment band bolts, and is a patented product of our company.
Exhaust Pipe Gasket
It seals combustion gas. This gasket prevents leakage due to torque down, a drawback of conventional non-asbestos vortex type gaskets. Since combustion gas becomes very hot, the gasket also needs to be heat resistant.
